Release 26.2.0 is the final Apache-2.0 release in LogoRRR’s historical public line. It continues the work started in 26.1.0 on Favourites and Search Term Groups, improves session restoration, and broadens the archived installer set for Linux and Windows.
Redesigned Favourites
The Favourites button and the Settings dialog for managing them have been overhauled. The button now leads directly into the settings flow, and the new design makes applying, editing, and managing shared favourite sets more intuitive.
Editable Search Term Groups
Search Term Groups can now be fully edited. You can reorder terms with drag and drop, change individual colours, and remove entries without rebuilding a group from scratch.
Session restoration and follow mode
Application state persistence has been tightened. When you reopen LogoRRR, it now restores your previous session more reliably: open files, scroll positions, active search configurations, and the Unclassified filter state are preserved. Follow mode also tracks file size more accurately while watched files grow.
Timestamp defaults
Global timestamp settings now apply to all open files by default. This reduces repeated setup when several log files share the same timestamp format.
UI component updates
CSS handling was modernised to align with the latest AtlantaFX release, the JavaFX theme library that provides LogoRRR’s visual foundation. The Unclassified label was simplified, and selected search-term colours were tuned for clearer contrast.
Archived installers
The archive now includes .rpm packages for x86_64 and aarch64 Linux systems, Flatpak packages for amd64 and aarch64, GraalVM Linux ZIP builds, Windows EXE and MSI installers, and source archives. Use the 26.2.0 downloads archive
when you need this historical release.
